The role involves translating Gen Alpha beauty trends into differentiated products, leading multiple launches, developing formulas and shades, managing manufacturers and vendors, coordinating with marketing, creative, sales, and operations, and ensuring safety, testing, regulatory, cost, and margin requirements are met. Candidates should have 5–8+ years of beauty product development experience, strong vendor and lab relationships, and mass-retail experience.
