OpenText is hiring an AIOPS Architects Practice Leader to own the delivery, performance, and growth of a professional services practice across a region or solution area. The role leads 15 to 25+ consultants and managers, manages a $10M-$35M annual services portfolio, partners with senior client stakeholders, drives revenue and utilization outcomes, and influences product and solution offerings. Candidates must have experience leading large consulting or services teams, defining observability requirements, managing complex client engagements, developing leaders, and aligning resource planning with business demand.
