Description
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of aircraft modification programs, including schedules, budgets, engineering status, certification, supplier management, and kit development. The role coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, manages risks and corrective actions, supports customer and supplier reviews, prepares budget estimates, and serves as a key contact for customers and suppliers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical background, at least seven years of engineering and program management or certification experience, and a proven track record managing complex FAA/EASA STC projects. The position is office-based, requires day-shift work with occasional weekends and overtime, and includes occasional domestic and international travel.
