Description
The Sr. Manager, Program Management leads Cytek’s Product Development portfolio, managing Program and Project Managers and coordinating cross-functional delivery from concept through commercialization. The role oversees portfolio governance, project selection, roadmaps, budgets, risks, KPIs, reporting, and design control, while aligning R&D, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field, at least seven years of life science or medical device product development experience, two years of people management experience, and experience with project budgets, scheduling, and portfolio tools.
