The role manages program execution, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, customer relationships, and cross-functional delivery while leading a team of Program Managers. It is an on-site 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 10 years, or 16 years without a degree, plus at least five years of DOD or aerospace program management and five years of Earned Value Management System experience.
