Amazon is hiring a Sr Manager, Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution of long-term capacity, inventory, and build plans for North America. The role defines multi-year roadmaps for customer engagement, presents to VP and SVP-level leaders, prioritizes operational excellence alongside feature delivery, and leads a small team of Program and Product Managers. The manager will collaborate with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers to build customer-facing forecasting capabilities, auditing tools, what-if analysis frameworks, and forecast intervention workflows. The position requires at least seven years of team management experience and offers base salaries of $166,500–$225,200 annually in New York and $151,400–$204,800 annually in Bellevue, Washington.
