Description
Worley is seeking a Senior Project Control Manager to lead project control activities for oil and gas or petrochemical projects, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost control, earned value management, risk management, baseline schedule control, progress certification, reporting, and governance. The role advises the Senior Project Manager, coordinates with project and discipline managers, supports contractual and commercial matters, and manages the Project Controls team. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field, at least 20 years of oil and gas or petrochemical project experience, at least five years in a similar senior project control position, extensive offshore experience, ADNOC project experience, PMC experience, and experience managing at least three EPC mega projects or one project exceeding $5 billion.
