Description
Sunbit is hiring a Sr. Manager, Quality Control Monitoring to lead its data-driven quality control function for consumer lending operations. The role will design and operate automated monitoring, credit underwriting oversight, merchant controls, business process controls, remediation, KPI/KRI reporting, regulatory exam readiness, and audit response validation. It is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles with three days per week in the Westwood office, requires 8+ years of relevant risk or quality control experience and 3+ years leading QC or risk teams, and targets $155,000–$190,000 annually plus stock options and health insurance.
