Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Sr. Manager, Recruitment Operations as an individual contributor to improve high-volume hourly and salaried recruitment performance. The role focuses on talent acquisition analytics, KPI reporting, process improvement, recruiting technology and automation, candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and external vendor management. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and full-time on-site work in Torrance or Fullerton, California, with up to 5% local travel.
