Huckberry is hiring a Sr. Manager, Retention & CRM to own its retention strategy and active-customer growth across email, SMS, catalogs, and digital advertising. The role will build and optimize customer journeys, winback and reactivation programs, cohort and lifetime-value analyses, and owned-channel performance reports, while partnering with acquisition, brand, performance marketing, and data teams. It is based in Austin, Texas, with relocation provided and remote arrangements available for the right candidate.
