DHL Express is hiring a Senior Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational coordination for occupational health and safety across its United States network. The role leads the US safety strategy and Safety Management System, coordinates safety activities across gateways, service centers, and support functions, develops and coaches safety professionals, oversees regulatory compliance and incident investigations, supports emergency preparedness and business continuity, and represents US Safety with senior leaders, regulators, and external stakeholders. The position requires safety leadership experience, typically a related bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience, and approximately 50% travel. Compensation varies by work location, with CVG, ORD, and JFK ranges provided.
