Description
UBC is hiring a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to provide strategic and operational support for sales operations, including technology-stack oversight, sales-process development, lead tracking, predictive and prescriptive modeling, demand-generation analytics, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, outside sales, and inside sales. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–8 years of relevant experience, advanced CRM, CMS, and marketing-automation expertise, and familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or PBM industries.
