Description
The EU SWIM Team Lead will define and execute the vision and methods for optimizing same-day delivery speed across product selection, inventory buying, and placement, while driving responsible teams to evolve systems and processes. The role owns the GVIS in-stock metric and its OP2 plan across EU fulfillment centers, leads the same-day inventory placement program, influences inbound network design, and secures engineering commitments and roadmap alignment. The position requires strong analytical and technical abilities, with EU5 multi-country operating experience preferred.
