Description
Grocery Outlet is hiring a Sr. Manager, Application Support to lead end-to-end application support across SAP and non-SAP systems supporting merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and store systems. The role owns incident and problem management, root cause analysis, system reliability, vendor and offshore management, operational governance, and the development of proactive support processes and automation. It reports to the VP, Business Solutions and requires 8–12+ years of application support, production support, or IT operations experience, SAP ERP expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The base salary is $140,000–$160,000 annually, with bonus, equity, profit sharing, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
