Description
Veritone is hiring a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to report to the Chief Accounting Officer and lead external SEC reporting, accounting research, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support. The role oversees 10-Q and 10-K filings, earnings releases, GAAP interpretation, accounting memos, peer filing analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, external audit coordination, Audit Committee communications, implementation of accounting standards such as ASC 606, stock-based compensation accounting, monthly close support, and special projects. A bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification, and 6–8+ years of relevant experience including public accounting and SEC reporting management are required; Workiva, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Technology/SaaS experience are preferred.
