The role combines people leadership, resource and program management, technical equipment lifecycle execution, cross-functional manufacturing alignment, change management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a technical bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of industry experience, 5–8 years of people management experience, and extensive expertise in regulated medical-device manufacturing automation, robotics, PLCs, vision systems, equipment qualification, and NPI. The position requires up to 15% travel and offers a salary of $149,000 to $248,300 plus benefits and growth opportunities.
