Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Manager of Professional Services Operations to support the daily operations of its global professional services business. The role leads services operations specialists, oversees revenue management and reporting, improves quote-to-revenue processes and PSA systems, supports SOW development and deployment risk management, and partners with sales, finance, systems, and other teams to drive forecasted demand and revenue growth. The position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Operations, requires 7+ years of finance or operations experience in SaaS organizations, and offers a US base salary of $135,000–$172,500 plus an incentive opportunity and teleworking options.
