TD SYNNEX is hiring a LATAM Services Orchestration Manager to translate services strategy into scalable, market-ready portfolios and enable partners, sellers, pre-sales teams, and the channel across three LATAM regions. The role owns portfolio roadmaps, service productization, delivery capability gaps, partner ecosystems, training programs, go-to-market strategies, commercial activation, and regional offer consistency. It requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, 3–5 years managing employees, a bachelor’s degree, strong services and partner-management experience, regional or multi-country experience, and Portuguese, Spanish, and English proficiency.
