ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a global team of SRE leaders, managers, and engineers. The role owns reliability, observability, automation, incident response, production readiness, cloud modernization, Kubernetes, and operational excellence across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Responsibilities include developing talent, defining the SRE operating model, leading major incidents, establishing reliability standards, and partnering with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams. The position requires significant experience leading large-scale production engineering organizations, at least five years of people-management experience, and deep expertise in cloud, Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, automation, and distributed systems.
