Mars Snacking Accelerator is hiring a Senior Manager for Small Format Sales Finance to serve as a strategic finance business partner to sales and category leadership. The role owns strategic planning, financial modeling, investment analysis, process improvement, and the development of a two-person finance team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, significant progressive finance experience, strong CPG and sales finance knowledge, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP or other financial planning systems. The position offers a base salary of USD 153,600 to USD 211,200 plus variable pay and benefits.
