Blue Origin is hiring an Enterprise Technology Software Engineering Manager to lead software engineering, data, and architecture practices; organize Agile practices; establish goals and metrics; hire and develop software engineers; set product objectives; manage an internal roadmap; and improve development and operational tools and standards. The role requires at least five years of experience leading software development teams and five years developing and deploying sophisticated production systems, with additional experience in distributed computing, microservices, enterprise systems, and AI tools preferred. The Washington base-pay range is $197,004.00 to $275,805.60, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid leave, and stock options.
