Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead its Cross-Cutting Technology organization, which includes 66+ engineers, TPMs, and technologists supporting identity and access services, accounting and finance systems, supply chain integrations, security, facilities technology, data center operations, and other enterprise services for Whole Foods Market and the broader grocery network. The role owns technology strategy, execution, architectural decisions, modernization, Generative AI applications, program delivery, and integrations across multiple Amazon organizations. Candidates need at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5 years of engineering team management experience, and experience delivering consumer software, partnering with product or program management teams, and managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $220,100 to $297,700 annually.
