Description
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering will lead two Agile Scrum teams and provide technical and people leadership for GE Vernova Grid Software products. The role owns architecture strategy, modernization, software quality, engineering governance, technical risk, and talent development across legacy and cloud-native platforms using C++, Java, microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant STEM discipline and at least 12 years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership and people management experience.
