AWS is hiring a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture for Communication Developer Services (CDS) to lead a globally distributed team of Specialist Solutions Architects and own the technical go-to-market strategy for SES and AWS End User Messaging. The role combines people leadership with hands-on business ownership, including architecture reviews, proofs of concept, migrations, adoption programs, AI-driven playbooks and automation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, partners, and business operations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of distributed applications or cloud experience, at least three years leading technical teams, and experience with cloud architecture and communication or customer-engagement domains.
