Description
Enphase Energy is hiring a hands-on leadership role focused on increasing the power density of its storage and power systems. The role owns the power-density roadmap, analyzes conduction, switching, magnetic, capacitive, and thermal losses, defines loss budgets, selects and optimizes power-converter topologies, integrates with mechanical and thermal teams to reduce footprint and cooling requirements, benchmarks industry technology, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need an electrical engineering, power electronics, or related degree plus 8–15 years of experience depending on degree level, along with expertise in power converters, semiconductor devices, loss analysis, and cross-functional leadership. The base salary is $180,000 to $226,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
