Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior Manager, Starlink Enterprise Accounts (Civilian Government Programs) to lead and grow the enterprise account management function for civilian government customers. The role manages enterprise contracts, customer onboarding, activation, revenue realization, retention, and long-term growth; builds scalable account-management tools; leads a team; and coordinates with software, finance, and other internal stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience supporting civilian government customers for a technical product or service, and at least 5 years of direct people management experience. Extended hours, weekends, and travel to SpaceX offices and customer locations may be required, and applicants must meet U.S. government export-authorization requirements.
