The role owns process health, metrics, governance, documentation, training, compliance, change management, and continuous improvement, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, quality, and transformation. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries, with additional experience requirements depending on advanced degrees; process management, project management, GxP, stakeholder management, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge are also required or preferred.
