L3Harris is hiring a Sr. Systems Engineering Manager, T&RF in San Diego, California, to lead a multidisciplinary systems engineering team supporting space and defense programs. The role owns requirements decomposition, architecture, interfaces, verification, technical baselines, model-based systems engineering, integration and test strategy, and program execution across secure communications, satellite command and control, radio frequency data links, high-power amplifiers, and communications security solutions. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with at least 10 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree, plus an active Secret Security Clearance. The salary range is $153,000–$284,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
