Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to lead TPMs and drive delivery of programs extending Amazon Pay and enabling agentic commerce across Stores, Alexa+, and AWS AgentCore. The role partners with product, engineering, sales, marketing, external partners, and business development to clarify roadmaps, define responsibilities, coordinate releases, and hold contributors accountable. Candidates need at least seven years of people management and technical program management experience, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, and experience managing cross-functional projects; cloud, agile, executive communication, and a master's degree are preferred. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $194,700 to $263,400 annually.
