Capital One is hiring a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to lead high-impact technical programs and a multi-year platform modernization effort for customer-facing systems. The role partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders; owns program execution, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, governance, metrics, and executive communication; and helps establish the TPM discipline. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least five years of technical program management experience, with cloud, distributed systems, Agile, and large-program experience preferred.
