Description

Comfrt is hiring a Senior Manager of TikTok Shop for UK & beyond to lead the strategic expansion of its TikTok Shop channel across the United Kingdom and other international markets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Social Commerce, the role owns P&L accountability, shop operations, TikTok UK partnerships, affiliate ecosystem design, live shopping strategy, agency relationships, performance analytics, market expansion, and team leadership. The position requires 4–6 years of experience scaling social commerce, affiliate, or marketplace channels, with expertise in TikTok Shop mechanics, creator networks, agency partnerships, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. It is a UK-based role with remote-friendly options and offers competitive compensation with upside tied to channel growth and profitability.

Additional Information
