Alight is hiring a Healthcare Analytics Manager to define, measure, and advance the value delivered through its Healthcare Navigation solutions. The role will analyze medical, pharmacy, eligibility, engagement, provider, and program data; evaluate healthcare cost, utilization, quality, engagement, member experience, and workforce productivity; develop benchmarks and measurement methodologies; and translate insights into recommendations for product, clinical, analytics, commercial, and client leadership teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 5–10 years of healthcare analytics or related experience, claims-data expertise, and knowledge of SQL and analytical tools. The salary range is USD 133,000–145,000, with health, dental, and vision coverage starting on Day One.
