McKesson is hiring a Change Management Lead to lead change strategy and execution across its Employee AI Enablement portfolio, covering Microsoft Copilot adoption, a Unified Employee Agent, and Agentic AI adoption. The role owns stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, champion and advocate networks, adoption metrics, communications, governance reporting, workforce innovation, and post-launch reinforcement. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant change-management or workforce-transformation experience, a four-year degree in a related field, and strong business, AI, program-management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills. The position offers a base pay range of $99,100 to $132,100.
