Coherent Corp. is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer — Advanced Thermal Management to support the transition of advanced thermal management products from development into repeatable, customer-ready manufacturing. The role covers semiconductor packaging hardware, liquid cold plates, thermal spreaders, advanced ceramic and diamond materials, embedded cooling structures, and related thermal assemblies. Responsibilities include manufacturing process development, pilot builds, scale-up planning, manufacturability and yield improvement, supplier readiness, process validation, and coordination with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and customer teams. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience, a relevant technical degree, and the ability to work in office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments with possible travel.
