Description
Dexcom is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives across its continuous glucose monitoring manufacturing operations. The role will facilitate Kaizen events, rapid improvement workshops, and value stream mapping; improve manufacturing flow through line balancing, standardized work, pull systems, and work-in-process optimization; improve throughput, productivity, and capacity; implement lean tools and visual management; and coach teams in problem-solving and root-cause analysis. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, or an equivalent master’s or PhD pathway, with 5–15% travel and a salary of $95,900 to $159,900.
