Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is hiring a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to lead New Product Development and transition projects, deploy Pro Launch methodologies, manage cross-functional transition teams, monitor project portfolios, and drive continuous improvement. The role also oversees customer requirements, quality control programs, project planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and training of production and cross-functional teams. An engineering degree is preferred, along with project management, analytical, computer, and communication skills; 3 to 5 years of similar experience is desired.
