Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer designs manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and tooling; develops statistical process control techniques; inspects machinery and tools; investigates quality problems; and ensures compliance with regulations. The role may guide engineering design, manage projects, mentor or direct lower-level professionals, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a university degree and either five years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with two years of relevant experience.
