L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, to develop, revise, validate, and optimize CNC machining programs for production. The role includes work-holding and tooling verification, cycle-time improvement, documentation, troubleshooting, operator training, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related experience, or ten years of experience without a degree. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing technology or engineering education, NIMS CNC certification, experience with VMCs, HMCs, lathes, and mills, CNC programming, GD&T, and proficiency with Creo, Siemens NX, and Vericut.
