Lucid is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support General Assembly advanced manufacturing programs by owning equipment and tooling projects from scope development through validated production handoff. The role covers equipment strategy, supplier alignment, project execution, launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, process validation, and operational handoff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and six years of manufacturing engineering experience, with automotive, electric vehicle, CAD, project-management, and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred. The position is fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with 30–40% international or domestic travel.
