Axon is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support the reliable and consistent manufacturing of De-Escalation Devices and accessories at its Phoenix, Arizona facility. The role owns manufacturing process development, supports production lines, researches and tests equipment and methods, guides technicians and production leads, evaluates automation technologies, and creates SOPs and technical documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, knowledge of high-volume automated processes, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and the ability to lead root-cause analysis investigations.
