Description
AWS is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to scale manufacturing across a global network of contract manufacturers, original design manufacturers, and component vendors. The role owns PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from product startup through end of life, leads quality control, provides hands-on technical support during new product launches, investigates customer escalations, and requires 25–50% domestic and international travel. The position requires at least six years of high-volume manufacturing or sourcing experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience with server platforms or high-tech hardware, and at least five years of product development experience.
