Lucid Motors is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Rotor Line to lead the design, development, installation, commissioning, and launch of advanced rotor manufacturing equipment and processes. The role works across manufacturing, product engineering, quality, facilities, controls, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to develop scalable rotor production systems, optimize assembly processes, implement automation and robotics solutions, and drive continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 5–8 years of experience in rotor manufacturing, electric motor production, automated assembly equipment, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering are required; the position may require travel up to 25% and offers a base annual salary of $121,900–$167,640 USD.
