Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer independently plans, develops, validates, and improves manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components across machining, welding, heat treatment, EDM, plasma spray, NDT, and other special processes. The role provides shop-floor engineering support, develops CNC machining strategies, interprets engineering requirements and GD&T, troubleshoots metrology results, maintains manufacturing documentation, leads nonconformance investigations, coordinates with cross-functional teams, supports make/buy decisions, and drives process qualification and continuous improvement. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing or process engineering experience in a complex machining environment, with aerospace or similarly regulated experience preferred.
