Description
Base is hiring a Test Engineer to develop, build, validate, deploy, troubleshoot, and improve automated manufacturing test systems for battery backup systems. The role leads uptime, cycle time, and first-pass yield improvements; collaborates with design and site operations teams; performs data analysis and customer feedback work; and supports equipment qualification and production handoffs. Candidates need at least five years of electrical test systems design experience, exposure to industrial automation and power systems, programming and PLC skills, and a degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
