Description
Renesas Electronics is hiring a Semiconductor Test Engineer to plan and execute test equipment, new product introduction, and continuous improvement projects. The role independently manages equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and production release; develops test-system specifications and automation solutions; leads equipment upgrades and troubleshooting; and supports test programs, preventive maintenance, and yield improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, at least three years of semiconductor backend testing experience, and knowledge of electronics, test systems, automation, and programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or PLC.
