Description
INTECH Automation Intelligence is hiring a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to design, specify, evaluate, install, and manage the lifecycle of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and fans. The role supports FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up; reviews vendor drawings and calculations; ensures compliance with API, ASME, ISO, ANSI, and NACE standards; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and OEMs; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 15 years of mechanical design engineering experience in oil and gas, at least 10 years of rotating equipment design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AVEVA E3D, Smart 3D, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
