CACI is hiring a full-time Sr. Mechanical Designer to perform mechanical design across the product lifecycle for spaceflight and non-spaceflight development programs. The role involves creating part models, assemblies, detailed drawings, bills of materials, and engineering changes using PTC Creo and PDMlink; implementing design for manufacturability; coordinating with engineering and manufacturing disciplines; and contributing to project scheduling, budgeting, and milestone deliverables. The position requires FEA, GD&T, CAD, prototyping, cost estimating, and strong communication skills, with a proposed salary range of $78,700 to $165,200.
