IntelliPro is hiring a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer for a direct client in Shakopee, Minnesota. The role leads the design, development, testing, qualification, and commissioning of semi-automated equipment for fiber-optics manufacturing, including feasibility studies, mechanical design, prototyping, equipment qualification, project management, and technical mentorship. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least eight years of relevant engineering experience, SolidWorks proficiency, custom automated equipment design experience, PLC and HMI experience, and up to 15% travel. The salary range is $150,000–$155,000, with benefits and unrestricted work authorization required.
