Ralliant Corporation is hiring a Sr Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, prototype, test, and optimize mechanical products and customizations for transformer health-monitoring devices. The role covers 3D CAD, mechanical and structural analysis, electro-mechanical and optical integration, manufacturing methods, design reviews, FMEA, production transition, and failure analysis, while collaborating with product, engineering, manufacturing, and global R&D teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, 5–7+ years of design-engineering experience, and proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, or similar CAD platforms.
