Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design mechanical products and ultrasonic and eddy-current transducers for test and measurement applications, develop mechanical concepts, characterize product and manufacturing requirements, manage technical risks and production costs, oversee design reviews and validation, and support transfer to production. The role may supervise or approve other designers, collaborate with product management and cross-functional stakeholders, and support continuous improvement. It is based onsite in State College, Pennsylvania, requires a relevant bachelor's degree with five years of design experience or a master's degree with four or more years of experience, and offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 plus a 10% annual bonus target.
